Minimal Chaos Collective is the creative engine behind Philly Flow Academy — and so much more.
Founded and led by Alicia Talia, MCC is a multidisciplinary movement-based collective focused on community building, fire and flow arts, radical inclusion, and event production in Philadelphia and beyond.
This isn’t just a brand — it’s a living, breathing practice in creative resistance, joy, and connection.
We produce immersive events that center performance, art, and play — from open fire jams and burner meetups to curated talent showcases and full-scale community gatherings.
Rhythm & Ritual – A collaborative indoor celebration of fire arts, live DJs, ritual space, and creative expression
420 Potluck & Park Party – A grassroots, multicultural celebration in public space that brought together DJs, vendors, performers, and over 200 attendees before relocating mid-event due to city pressure — a real-time example of adaptability and community care
The Love Burn Reunion @ Love City Brewing – A daytime gathering with storytelling, art installations, performances, and connection — uplifting burner values in a Philly setting
Fire Jams – Ongoing free community jams that support beginner and seasoned fire spinners with safety, fuel, and space to grow
Philly Burner Bike Ride Burn Night – A citywide ride celebrating local burners who couldn’t attend Black Rock City, complete with music, lights, and creative expression

Each of these events is built with limited budgets and limitless care — and each one represents a different facet of what’s possible when people come together with intention.
